Cohen is a lawyer who works from home in Paramus, N.J., and is married to Frank Garcia, who is about 20 years younger than she is. He refuses to give his age, the report said.

“I don’t think it’s right to have a baby when you’re close to 60 unless you’re in an unusual situation like mine where you have a younger spouse who you can feel fully confident will be an involved parent,” she said.

Cohen is believed to be the oldest woman in the world to have given birth to twins, the report said.
