Homemade 4-Ingredient Reese’s Eggs – Healthier & Delicious!
These homemade Reese’s Eggs are incredibly easy to make with just four simple ingredients! Not only are they healthier than the store-bought version, but they’re also irresistibly delicious, packed with real peanut butter flavor, and coated in rich dark chocolate. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth with a wholesome twist!
What You’ll Need:
✅ 2/3 cup organic creamy peanut butter (just peanuts, no additives)
✅ 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (for natural sweetness)
✅ 2 tbsp coconut flour (helps create the perfect texture)
✅ Dark chocolate chips (for that smooth, indulgent coating)
✅ Flaky salt (optional, but highly recommended for a flavor boost)
How to Make Them:
1️⃣ Mix the ingredients – In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour. Stir until you get a thick, sticky consistency.
2️⃣ Shape into eggs – Scoop out portions of the mixture, shape them into egg-like forms, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. (This recipe makes around six eggs.)
3️⃣ Freeze for firmness – Pop them into the freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
4️⃣ Melt the chocolate – While the eggs are chilling, melt your dark chocolate until smooth.
5️⃣ Dip & coat – Carefully dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Let the excess drip off before placing them back on the parchment paper.
6️⃣ Set in the freezer – Place the chocolate-covered eggs back in the freezer for a few minutes until the coating hardens.
7️⃣ Optional toppings – For extra flair, drizzle additional melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with flaky salt.
Enjoy!
