That’s exactly what happened to me. One tiny clip, barely fifteen seconds long, spread across social media like lightning and changed everything I thought I understood about my work, my identity, and my future.

A Career Stuck in Place

Before everything shifted, my career felt like it was stuck in slow motion. I was putting in long hours, taking every project seriously, and doing my absolute best — but it seemed like no one noticed. I stayed out of office politics, kept to myself, and poured my energy into learning new skills.
