Theย Americanย began her professional career as a pornographic actor back in 2016 when she was 19 years old. And despiteย leaving the industryย by the end of the following year, she became one of the biggest names.
In 2019, the now-28-year-old was the most searched actress in a adult site, racking up a mega 345 million views. Rhoadesย ended up doing a total U-turnย in her opinions on porn; she previously admitted that she wishesย her content could be deleted.
Now dabbling as a model, podcaster and just general influencer, the star is also mum to a three-year-old son.
Last year, Rhoades chatted to Julia Fox about motherhood as well as OnlyFans and celibacy, as the pair could relate on multiple things.
Having touched on her being so young when she started in the industry, Fox said to herย forย Interview Magazine: โAlso, to be able to have sex, to me isโwow.โ
As Rhoades responded: โIโve been celibate, so I donโt even do that.โ
The actor could relate to this as she spoke about how she had been celibate herself for โtwo and a half yearsโ after โsomething snappedโ a year after having her baby.
โIโm only at a year and a half,โ said Rhoades during the interview published in September.
Fox then asked: โDo you think motherhood profoundly changed the way that you view men and the way you view sex and the way you view yourself?โ
But Rhoades went on to admit that โit wasnโt a choiceโ for her to go celibate.
โI just naturally wasnโt interested in dating, and it kind of made me sad at first,โ she explained. โI was like, โWhy canโt I form that connection with someone or want to be intimate with them?โ But now I feel so much more positive.โ
As the former adult star opened up about her struggles with intimacy, Fox asked if her if sheโd ever considered that she โmight be a lesbianโ.
โI wish that I was. I wish that I likedย someone. But no, vagina just doesnโt do it for me,โ Rhoades admitted.
Elsewhere during their chat, the former mega-star went on to say she was making โa lotโ of money from OnlyFans, with a figure per year thatโs โin the millionsโ.
โThatโs why itโs hard leaving sex work and finding other income that supports your lifestyle,โ Rhoades confessed
