Easy 2-Ingredient Bagel Bites Recipe – Soft, Delicious & Ready in Minutes!

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup of your favorite yogurt (dairy or dairy-free – Greek-style works best)

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning (optional, but highly recommended for extra flavor)

‍ How to Make Homemade Bagel Bites:

  1. Make the Dough:
    In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt and almond flour. Mix everything together until a soft dough forms. If the mixture feels too sticky, gradually add a little more almond flour until it reaches the right consistency.

  2. Shape the Bites:
    Roll the dough into small balls — about the size of a golf ball works great. You should be able to make approximately 12 bagel bites from this batch.

  3. Add Flavor:
    Lightly roll each ball in “everything but the bagel” seasoning for a savory, crunchy coating. This step adds so much flavor!

  4. Bake to Perfection:
    Arrange the bagel bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet to prevent sticking. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 22 minutes, or until they’re golden on the outside.

  5. Cool and Enjoy:
    Let the bagel bites cool completely before serving. Add your favorite spread — cream cheese, hummus, or avocado — or enjoy them plain for a quick grab-and-go snack!
