Healthy Banana Oat Cookies (Gluten-Free Option!)

✅ Ingredients:

3 small ripe bananas (mashed)

1/3 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)

1/3 cup maple syrup or honey

2 cups rolled oats

2/3 cup all-purpose flour (use gluten-free flour if needed)

1/3 cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly.

Whisk in the almond butter and maple syrup (or honey) until well combined.

Stir in the rolled oats and flour until a thick dough forms.

Fold in the chocolate chips for that perfect sweet touch.

Use a large cookie scoop or spoon to form about 11 cookie portions and place them on your prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 16 minutes, or until golden and firm on the edges.
