Instructions:

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a spoon to drop small clusters of the mixture onto the sheet, shaping them into bite-sized mounds.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites freeze for at least 1 hour, or until they are firm.
  4. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top of each yogurt bite for a decadent finish.
  5. Return the bites to the freezer for another 10–15 minutes, allowing the chocolate to set completely. If you love a touch of savory contrast, sprinkle a little flaky salt on top before serving.
