Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup raw nuts (I used ยฝ cup walnuts and ยฝ cup cashews) โ€“ soaking for 30 minutes makes blending easier
  • 1 cup Medjool dates (soften them in warm water before blending)
  • 6 tbsp gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for added texture and nutrients)
  • ยผ cup cacao powder (rich, deep chocolate flavor)
  • Juice from 1-2 large oranges (adjust to taste for a citrus boost)
  • Melted dark chocolate (for that indulgent coating)
  • Orange zest (optional, but highly recommended for extra flavor)

How to Make Them:

1๏ธโƒฃ Blend the Base: In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the melted chocolate and orange zest. Blend until the mixture sticks together.
