Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/4 cups oat flour
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup filtered water

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • A pinch of pink salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
  • Carefully roll the dough into a tight cinnamon roll log using the parchment paper for guidance.

4️⃣ Chill & Slice:

  • Place the roll in the freezer for 20-30 minutes or refrigerate overnight for best results.
