Kate Hudson has opened up about her beauty routine and cleared the air regarding the rumors surrounding cosmetic procedures.
At 44, the actress attributes her youthful look to a consistent skincare regimen, regular exercise, and occasional cosmetic treatments.
Speaking openly about her skincare routine, Hudson shared details of her morning and evening rituals, emphasizing simplicity and effectiveness.

**Skincare and Fitness Routines**
In an interview with *Glamour*, Hudson revealed that she never washes her face in the morning. “I don’t ever wash my face in the morning. I just wash my face with water. I find that my face gets too stripped when I’m washing it too much — it gets all dull and weird. You know, water does a good job, and the washcloth is a little exfoliating,” she explained.

However, her nighttime routine is a bit more involved, as she washes her face twice.
A key focus of her routine is using products with clean, safe ingredients. The mother-of-three said, “No one had ever told me what was in my products. I decided, whatever I can control, I’m going to change the way that I approach it. And so skin care and makeup is number one.”
When it comes to staying fit, Hudson prefers low-impact exercises like yoga, Pilates, and walking. But it’s not just skincare and fitness that help her maintain her youthful look; she also shared some confessions about her use of cosmetic procedures.
**Cosmetic Surgery Confessions**
Though Hudson maintains a natural look, she has admitted to using cosmetic treatments, such as laser procedures, to refresh her skin. There have been speculations about whether she also uses Botox and fillers.
After her revelation, one fan criticized her, saying, “I thought you were natural. I still adore you, but this adds to the pressures of young girls to be effing perfect.”
Despite this, Hudson showed her playful side by teasing fans in 2021 with a video of a digitally altered version of herself, humorously imagining how she might look with more extreme plastic surgery.
