This was my first time trying tahini, and I absolutely fell in love with it! This fudge is everything you could want in a no-bake treatโ€”smooth, creamy, sweet, salty, and incredibly satisfying. The combination of nutty tahini, rich maple syrup, and crunchy walnuts creates a melt-in-your-mouth texture that feels both indulgent and wholesome. Plus, itโ€™s naturally sweetened and made with just a handful of ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw tahini (make sure itโ€™s well-stirred for a smooth texture)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (for that deep, rich sweetness)
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract (adds warmth and depth of flavor)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped (for crunch and texture)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional, but highly recommended for contrast!)

Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Mix the base: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. The mixture should look silky and glossy.

3๏ธโƒฃ Shape the fudge: Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring some overhang for easy removal. Pour the mixture into the pan, using a spatula to smooth out the top.

6๏ธโƒฃ Final freeze: Return the pan to the freezer and let the fudge set completely for 30-35 minutes, or until firm.

7๏ธโƒฃ Slice & enjoy: Once fully set, lift the parchment paper to remove the fudge from the pan. Use a sharp knife to cut it into squares or bars. Enjoy immediately or store for later!

Keep these in an airtight container in the freezer. They thaw quickly at room temperature, so you can enjoy them straight from the freezer for the perfect fudgy texture!
